FOUR WINDS BEACH HOUSE & SPA - RESERVATION POLICIES
Check-In / Check- out:
Check-in is between 4 and 5 pm, However, the room is usually available anytime after 2pm, so call us in the morning of your arrival, so we can let you know when the room will be ready, and have someone available to receive you. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Accommodation rates are based on double occupancy and are in Canadian funds prior to 5% GST Sales Tax.
Minimum 2 night stay is required on weekends and in our busy summer season – 1 night bookings are available in the winter season Sunday through Thursday night in the India Gate Suite and the Bayview Room. The Spa suite is always a two night minimum.
We do allow a well mannered pet, but only in the India Gate suite. The owner must be with the pet at all times. There is a $25 per night cleaning charge.
Suites and common areas are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the common decks away from the doors or windows, in the driveway or on the beach.
The Bayview Room can accommodate 2 people; the Spa Suite can accommodate a third adult on a hotel cot (no children in the Spa suite please); and the India Gate Suite can accommodate 4 people (2 children on a double sofa bed or sofa bed and cot). All prices are based on two persons occupying a suite or room. There is a $50.00/night charge for each additional adult, $25/night for each additional child up to the age of 13.

By booking you agree to our reservation and cancellation policies. We agree to hold the room for the night(s) you have reserved and you agree that we can charge to your credit card for any changes or cancellations as outlined in the following cancellation policy.
UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 we are currently not taking deposits when you book, and also will not charge our usual cancellations fees. We ask you still honor our cancellation policies by providing us notice of the need to cancel as soon as possible.
A charge equal to 50% of the booked nights will be charged for any cancellation, for any reason, less than 14 days before the first day of reservation. A charge equal to 100% of the booked nights will be charged for any cancellation, for any reason, less than 24 hours before the first day of reservation. We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures. Please note the 14 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. 14 days cancellation notice also applies to stays booked with Gift Certificates. ''No Shows' and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
- All Spa treatments booked either a la carte or in a package, must be cancelled with no less than 24 hours notice.
- Since Four Winds Beach House & Spa cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a hotel, we recommend you consider traveler's insurance to protect your vacation. A cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests who have decided to cancel and the owners. More than likely, we have turned away other guests who would have reserved the room for your dates.
